Why I do this work

I’m Nichole — a Registered Nurse and somatic sound practitioner.

For years, I’ve worked with people who look “fine” on the outside… but feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected on the inside.

And the truth is… I wasn’t just working with those people.
I was one of them.

I know what it feels like to be stuck in your own head…
trying to manage your thoughts, your emotions, and your reactions…
while still showing up for your life.

Most of us were never taught how to understand what’s happening in our body.

We’re told to calm down, think positive, or just push through…while completely ignoring the signals our body is sending us.

Over time, that creates a deeper problem. Chronic stress doesn’t just go away — it builds.
And it can show up as anxiety, burnout, physical symptoms, or even long-term health issues.

My work is both experience-driven and science-backed.

I teach you how to understand your nervous system,
how to regulate it in real time,
and how to stop reacting from a constant state of stress.

I didn’t start here.

My work began through confidence-building photography, primarily with women.
But what I quickly realized was this:

That’s why I do this work.
