We look at your patterns, your triggers, and what’s keeping your nervous system stuck in alarm mode… so you can finally see it clearly.
(This is not therapy. I’m not diagnosing or treating — I’m educating you on how your body works so you can take control of it.)
Then I give you tools and exercises you can use every day to stop the cycle before it takes over.
