I blend nervous system education, somatic (body) grounding, and intentional sound experiences to help your body’s defenses learn that they can stand down — without forcing, bypassing, or pretending everything is fine.
This work isn’t about escaping stress.
It’s about learning the tools you can integrate into your life outside of the studio, whenever you need them.

Why I Do This Work
I’m a Registered Nurse and somatic sound practitioner who has spent years supporting people who look “fine” on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, in pain, or disconnected on the inside.
I’ve seen firsthand how often we’re told to calm down, think positive, or push through — without anyone explaining what’s actually happening in the body when stress, trauma, or chronic tension takes over.
My work is grounded, practical, and deeply human. I don’t believe in fixing people. I believe in helping nervous systems feel safe enough to regulate, release, and rebuild trust from the inside out.
I began this work through confidence-building photography, primarily with women, and that foundation now lives inside a broader practice focused on nervous system regulation, pain relief, emotional resilience, and self-trust — welcoming anyone who’s ready to feel steadier in their body and mind.
